Warranty

(1) One Year PARTS AND LABOR Limited Warranty on all Nightowl brand stage lighting.

Subject to the limitations set forth below, Nightowl Stage Lighting hereby represents and warrants that the components of this product shall be free from defects in workmanship and materials, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, subject to normal use and service, for one (1) year the original owner from the date of purchase.


Warranty Limitations

Retailer and manufacturer shall not be liable for damages based upon inconvenience, loss of use of product, loss of time, interrupted operation or commercial loss or any other incidental or consequential damages including but not limited to lost profits, downtime, goodwill, damage to or replacement of equipment and property, and any costs of recovering, reprogramming, or reproducing any program or data stored in equipment that is used with Nightowl products. This guarantee gives you specific legal rights. You may have other legal rights which vary from state to state. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

30 Day Price Guarantee

If the price of a Nightowl item is lowered within 30 days of purchase, we will refund you the difference. Request must be made within sixty (60) days of the purchase date. Please remember to check back after the sale to see if you qualify for a refund, request can be made via eBay message or the "Contact Us" page on our website. 


Returns

(14) Fourteen Day return policy. 

Returns authorized by Nightowl Stage Lighting for reasons other than Defective/DOA will be subject to a restocking fee and customer will pay all transportation costs associated with the return, including taxes, customs and duties, if applicable. The eBay fee and Paypal fee portion of the purchase price will only be refunded if Nightowl is refunded those fees. Product returned in original condition will be assessed a 15% restocking fee. If product is found to be damaged, missing manuals or parts, or original carton is damaged or missing, a minimum 25% restocking fee will be charged. 

Return Exclusion Policy

By choosing to request a RMA from Nightowl Stage Lighting, it is implied that customer agrees to the terms of the Return Policy as stated below.

Product will not be approved for return or credit under the following conditions:  

•Product has been altered   

•Product was not installed or maintained in accordance with Nightowl Stage Lighting or manufacturer's specifications   

•Product was subject to unusual physical or electrical stress, misuse, or negligence   

•Product defect was not related to Nightowl Stage Lighting product functionality, including third-party modifications   

•Product damage caused after receipt of product by customer 

•Nightowl Stage Lighting is not liable for loss or damage to unauthorized product returns.   

•All returns must be accompanied by an RMA # issued by Nightowl which must show clearly on your return package   

•All returns must be returned prepaid with a letter indicating: the reason for return, and the invoice number   

•All returns are subject to a restocking charge   

•RMA requests must be made within 14 days of the invoice date to be eligible to receive credit. Once issued, RMA numbers are valid for 10 days. Returns received after 10 days from RMA issue date will be refused   

•Customer is responsible for all return freight charges, including taxes, customs and duties if applicable.   

•Any product returned with marked box, damaged box, missing components, (e.g. cables, manuals, etc.), or other damage not caused by Nightowl Stage Lighting will be assessed a higher restocking fee to cover the cost of replacements

Defective/DOA Returns

Nightowl Stage Lighting will replace defective or dead on arrival (DOA) product with like product. Nightowl will not provide credit on Defective/DOA product - unless no suitable repair or replacement is available. 

Nightowl Stage Lighting will cover shipping charges incurred by customer up to the amount of a standard UPS Ground charge for the return of Defective/DOA product and for the shipment of replacement product. 

For purposes of clarity, Nightowl Stage Lighting will not reimburse or pay for labor or other costs associated with removal of the product, even if it is ultimately deemed to be defective or DOA. 

Returned products will be tested upon arrival at the Nightowl StageLighting Returns Center. Any product that is determined to be non-defective will be returned to customer, at customer's expense, and a testing fee of a minimum of 10% of the product value will be assessed.
